A lecture themed "Scientific Knowledge of Shilin Karst Landforms" was conducted in the auditorium of Minzu Middle School of Shilin County on the evening of May 18, more than 1500 teachers and students attended the lecture. At the lecture, Prof. Li Yuhui from Yunnan Normal University told the students about the scientific knowledge of Shilin Karst Landforms, introduced the structure and the evolution history of the earth, called on the students to love and protect our home.

More than 20 exhibition panel were set on the campus, giving the students a full picture of the Shilin Global Geopark. This activity enriched students knowledge outside the classroom and expanded their horizons and global vision.
