Thanks to a cold front, Shilin received this winter's first snow. After the snow, Shilin UNESCO Global Geopark was covered with snow, creating a picturesque snowscape. The whole Geopark became a white paradise after it was capped by snow. Tourists came to appreciated the snow scenery and took photos.

The year's first snowfall blanketed several parts of Yunnan province in Southwest China, bringing great excitement among the people.
